When our cloud monitoring service detects new product (scheduled or surprise) available on website, you will receive an app alert.
When our service detects product available in a non sold out state even if only for a second an alert will trigger. In our monitoring we have seen several occasions where very limited quantities load, generally but not always, after larger loads. We keep logs of the site each time our services trigger alerts to confirm product was available.
Each user can only have one device registered at a time. If you need to switch devices you can do so and the old device will stop receiving alerts.
Yes, we will continue to deliver SMS alerts during the transition period. However, we will be sunsetting SMS alerts in the near future.
In our testing we found that the delay between our service identifying a new product and the app displaying the alert to the customer can vary anywhere between 3 - 30 seconds. Each device varies depending on multiple factors. If you believe your alerts are taking longer please contact us.
Please contact us, we have logs for our entire process start to finish. Retailers may change the way product is loaded at any time which may lead to a missed alert. We do our best to update any websites as needed in a timely fashion.

No, currently we will only send SMS alerts to paying subscribers of our service.
